The Vintage House is a one-of-a-kind venue in Bozeman, Montana for luxury mirco events such as weddings, dinner parties, or corporate gatherings. With plenty of outdoor and indoor entertainment space, high-end modern industrial interiors and multiple units for overnight guests, this historic property is ideal for a beautiful, stress-free event done right.

This property consists of two historic buildings, located just one block from Historic Downtown Main Street. The first home, called the Rouse House, was built in 1881 and has been carefully restored and remodeled with luxury interiors and amenities. It features an open kitchen and dining area on the main floor, an extravagant master suite on the top floor, and a living room, wine cellar and getting ready area in the basement. Outside, an outdoor bar, fireplace, dance floor and grass-covered tent space are ready thoughtfully designed for entertaining up to 30 guests.

Next door, another historic building is home to two apartments: a first-floor two bedroom unit and a second-floor one-bedroom unit. These rentals, along with a future development across the street, can accommodate additional overnight guests.

The location is perfect for enjoying all that Downtown Bozeman has to offer, within walking distance to spas, bars and restaurants for attendees to enjoy. We encourage bringing in nearby, local vendors for food, drinks and photography to make the most of your event.
