Owner Jeremiah Dawson takes his job seriously, and you can taste his hard work when you pop a bottle knowing that only 20% of the wines this team samples make it into the store. That’s hard work we can get behind! He draws on his education in culinary arts and his years in the restaurant industry to offer up pairing recommendations. Carly Copenhagen is on hand with her food service experience and her sense of humor to serve you up a bottle or two that meet any pairing need.
