Booking Policy for Direct Bookings

Direct bookings through and VRBozeman Concierge are processed by the power of Stripe credit card processing. Due to the nature VRBozeman’s boutique, luxury accommodations, our booking policy is integral in upholding our standard of experience and quality. Please review and contact us for any questions regarding direct bookings.

  • Payment in full is due at the time of booking to secure reservations.
  • Cancellations are eligible for a full refund, minus credit card processing fees (3%), up to seven calendar days prior to check-in date.
    • Example: If you are scheduled to check in on a Friday, you may cancel as late as the Friday before arrival to be eligible for a full refund as detailed above.
  • Rebooking in place of cancellation is offered up to seven days prior to check in with no additional costs or processing fees charged to the guest.
  • A cleaning fee is charged with each stay.
  • All stays less than 30 days are subject to State Lodging Tax.
    • 4% Montana Lodging Facility Use Tax
    • 4% Montana Lodging Sales Tax

The above policies apply only when booked directly through or its direct Concierge.

Third-Party Bookings

Please be advised that any reservation booked through a third-party booking platform may be subject to additional fees, policies, and more restrictive terms imposed by the booking platform. Furthermore, third-party booking platform policies are that of the platform. If you have additional questions regarding bookings made through third-party platforms, please contact said platform directly.
